    I recently acquired this FGH capbadge.Now somebody told me it might be post-ww2.
    Now is my question can anybody date this capbadge for me?
    And maybe give some additional info?

    Hi LSR, The badge you have posted appears to be the pattern approved by GO in 1922. (And possibly worn earlier.) The lugs definitely make it a Second World War era badge. These badges were worn from the 20's through the 50's, so it may have been worn during the war or after. In the mid 50's the Fort Garry's were issued the slider back badges.
