OP Athena TF 1-10, Roto 09 Keepsake

Post by pylon1357 on Fri Oct 31, 2014 8:29 am

Brian's post of his recent pickups, prompted me to post this OP Athena Keepsake may lads got for me in KAF. Some here will know these are 2 separate pieces, but they are meant to go together. The Authenticity Certifications are not pictured, but they are in a clear Mylar type envelope secured to the back.

The artwork is very very detailed as can be seem in the second and third photos.

Very nice. Chances of finding the second piece are slim. Dang. Cheers Brian

Brian, sorry for the delay in answering your question. The center is the same medallion as you have. The medallion can be a stand alone item for sure. The collage piece can also be a stand alone item without issue. Or as in my case, both pieces were combined to create this third option.

The collage part is a laminate print. Very nice with many subtle details. I could remove the center metal piece and the same image is underneath. the problem with doing this, it would leave a small hole where the attaching stud comes through the laminate board.

I have been Sylvia Pecota's artistry is just amazing for sure.

Brian, here is a link to the plaque that I have. It appears she does not have any in stock as there is no listing for them in her price list. Still Worth a line to her anyway. The item number is 4_EOTG_Roto9_s
