    Canadian bag, Small Pack ?

Post by Northumbrian on Tue Dec 23, 2014 12:39 pm

    Bonjour, hello,

J'ai rentré ce sac dans un lot, il ressemble beaucoup à un Small Pack, mais la fabrication est bizarre, est-ce donc bien un Small Pack ou est-ce autre chose ?

I took this bag in a lot, it looks much like a Small Pack but manufacturing is weird, is therefore a Small Pack or something else?

Made by ZL&T Ltd in 1943.

    Thank you!

    Hello Jean-Charles.
    Welcome.
To me this bag looks like it has made for use with radio equipment like the WS38.
    Very nice item.

I have never seen this variation myself.

I do know that in the last couple of years of WWII Z.L.&T. Produced some strange variations and specialty webbing. This item could be one of them. In my opinion/guess it looks like it was used for something signals or radio related.

It is a very interesting pack though, thanks for posting.
