    I came across these by chance and found out they are M32 pattern Italian Combat boots, perhaps  a Canadian soldier picked them up.

    I cant imagine running across a wet raining road on those carrying your kit...

    I know would be like running on ice, I was reading how the studs served also to save the leather soles from being worn down too quickly

    The aircraft part, I do not know what type of German plane it came from unfortunately, its not very big and I think damaged with the break and added swastikas post war,

    Though I was told it was brought back by an RCAF chap, thats all I know
