    Just picked up these pieces at a local estate sale today..... Thought you might like to view them..... And I don't even collect Saskatchewan items.....

    Very nice find! The bullion embroidered shoulder titles are sweet! Is it named?

    No name but I also have his Welcome Home Certificate from Swift Current with the name Lieutenant S.W. Metcalfe.....

    Very nice example in deed. I do not collect WWI items, but the more I see these tunics, the more I am leaning toward acquiring one. Congratulations on this one, sweet example for sure.

    Yeah, great pick up for sure. Very nice cuff rank!!!
    When you say you picked it up at an estate sale, I assume you mean an auction? I have to ask, how was the pricing? I am finding that militaria, even at auctions is going for big bucks(unless you get lucky) and have paid near dealers prices for items....all it takes is for one other person to want it.
