These were part of my auction pick ups earlier this month. I believe them to be WWII private purchase officers boots. They are made in Quebec by Duchaine. I have seen a similar pair listed on a dealers website that are nearly identical to mine as private purchase boots. Issue items are easy but private purchase stuff can be tricky so I am putting these up for input from our forum members.
