nice gloves, I am not a knitter, are these hand done or factory? I saw some old patterns to make different styles that loved ones could make and send over/donate

They are hand knitted and were knitted in Simcoe to be sent to our guys overseas. First pair I've found marked like that. I have some others but there's no way of knowing age.
