If it sells, maybe I should start selling all of the "extras" I have from ration packs over the years that have acculmulated.

While out for a cruise in the country I stopped at an antique store and picked up a piece of cake (old cake). What caught my attention was the sticker that said WWII. What I think is fruit cake is in a wax paper, I didn't remove from the box. The box is 2 piece with lid and 4 1/2' x 4 1/2" approx. 3 1/2" high. In blue ink on the top is a Maple leaf under this is CANADA. Also on the lid is BROWN BROS WINNIPEG
OVERSEAS CAKE. I would try and post apicture but camera is missing since said cruise. If it turns up I'll try to post a picture.
Any help or info when cake is from would be much appreciated.
