NNSH footlocker I came across on Kijiji Nova Scotia...and Willam Yorkston is an "Original" NNSH! The guy I bought it from knew the family, and because there wa no connection to his grand dad(also a NNSH) he wanted to sell. Bot bad for a forty dollar buy.

I would have to say, that footlockers are not all the same size. I have one named to a member of the Irish Regiment of Canada. It is certainly not the dimensions of this one. However, I don't the dimensions at hand.
Mine came out Holland, and is very heavy.

Here are the only 2 photos I can find of the footlocker/ storage box. It is quite think in deed, and quite heavy. I estimate about 25 pounds or so. When I return home, I will measure it ans weigh it.
Both images are of the top of the box.

Was at a Garage Sale before I left for holidays and a seller had a number of wooden cases marked P.P.C.L.I. Band Instruments and a couple with peoples name on them stacked in his garage..... Asked if he wished to sell them he said no......
