    Hey guys

    I picked up this D Guard sabre and am wondering what your thoughts are re the markings.

    It seems to have the letter C over the rack number which indicates it was an Upper Canada issue.

    The scabbard is from an 1853 pattern (quite common) and also bears some unknown marks

    Appreciate your thoughts
