Incredible! Never imagined I'd see something like that. Where on earth did you turn those up? Obviously for use with horses but for what purpose?

They came out of the UK in the late 1990s.

These have to be the oddest item I hink I have ever seen. Remind me of those little kiddy chaps I saw on an old 40s-50s TV show.
