Perhaps it is not the correct size for your head?

That is what I thinking but I think it's just the nape pad that makes everything more tight but thanks Very Happy

If you attach a photo of the interior of the liner we can confirm if it has been assembled correctly. The nape pad does have a tendency to cause pressure on the forehead. The M1 helmets are not the most comfortable helmet to wear. I added a foam "doughnut" pad to my helmet to make it a bit more user friendly. A bunch of us in my unit discovered the pads when training in the US and I used one ever since, even with my CG634 hemet.

Sorry I can't upload one it seems like I'm having problems but the nape pad is in the back with the suspension strap going thrue it(I don't know what it is called)and I get the head band adjusted to max and exactly what you said it just hurt the foreheads

It sounds like you have it assembled correctly. I don't have a jump liner in my collection anymore or I would share a photo. Ed seems to have good photos of almost everything..... maybe if you ask nice...

Yes, uploading photos on this site has been challenging for a number of the members but there is a tutorial at the top of the forum.
