What is this tent?

Got a call from a lady in town says she has this military observation tent that she wants to sell. I have no idea what she's talking about so I slipped over tonight to look at it.

It looks like a civilian tent to me from around the time period. She wouldn't believe me, she thinks they set these up like hunting blinds to sit in and watch the enemy.
Anyway do you believe it's military? No markings and the other rolled up canvas she says is the roof.

Interesting. Not sure what to tell you though.

I can smell the old canvas from here, so I like it.

Based on the lack of markings and the plethora of zippers I suspect it is either civilian or perhaps even post-SWW.
