WW1 and WW2 service records

Hello all.
First time on the forum, hope I am in the right place. I have military service records for my grandfather WW1 and uncles WW2. I understand that there is someone out there that will decipher the records into book form for a fee. I have a name Arnie Kay and his contact info but did not want to contact him randomly. If someone could help me out it would be appreciated.

Arnie Kay is a highly recommended Researcher. I've used him a couple of times in the past. Very pleased, especially when he summarized the file in a cover sheet.

I am unsure if he would turn a file(s) into a book though? I suggest that if no one else steps up, that you reach out to him with your query.
