    Unit Identification Empty Unit Identification

Post by BC Canada Sat Sep 18, 2021 10:28 am

I have recently been going through some documents I have acquired and found someone had annotated an entire brigade formation.

I am wondering if it can be determined what these units are?

Perhaps I am too new to collecting but I haven’t seen units referred to as things like:
    Rifle company 5/122
    Anti tank 2/53
    Signals platoon 1/35

Hi. The numbers appear to be officers and other ranks. Eg for a rifle coy, 5 officers and 122 other ranks. The chart represents the organization of an infantry division, so it could be 1 Cdn Infantry Div, or 2 CID or 3 CID.
