Yet another garage sale find from the missing summer of 2010. I can't find much info about these but I guess all you would need to know is that it holds water...

Hi Dale,
I have always liked the Medical Canteens. I've seen WW1 dated ones as well and there seems to me a number of them dated from the 1950's and 1960's (in unissued condition) floating around. I guess it must of been easier to give a wounded man a drink out of a cup then from the mouth of the canteen?
