Very nice!!!! I love the maple leaves in the gold lace! Is it named? Any other markings you can show us, for those that haven't handled a uniform like this before?

Hi Mike,
I may be able to use this tunic in an upcoming, 2-volume, history of Victorian-era Canadian uniforms. Can you re-shoot the front and back? Best results come from laying them on a white sheet but try to have the camera as much as possibe directly over the uniform to avoid the skewing effect that occurs when the camera is at an angle. If possible the sleeves should be arranged close to the body so no light shows through.
Cheers,
Clive

Good day Mike,
Speaking as an ex-"Royal", I must say that that is a nice tunic and cap you have acquired. I have the hat badge and shoulder strap badges in my collection, however, I still don't have the 'beavers' from that era. Oh well...
Congrats again on your find. Stay safe and have fun!!
Cheers,
Ian
