A nice selection of Badges to a Regiment that served in the Second Canadian Infantry Division.

I my collection, I have a cap badge, a set of collars and a set of Brass shoulder titles. They are quite a nice looking badge, but then again, most of Canada's badges look good.

    Hi Sipke,

You are wrong here ;-) The cap badge with the slider is Pre-war, 1930's, according Jordan Baker.

Hi Paddy, Sipke. The RHLI badges were authorized in 1931 (slider pattern) and 1939 (Wentworth type). The 1939 badges were not available when the war broke out, and many of the fellows who mobilized had the first pattern. It was a few months into the war before the second pattern became available.
Paddy, the cloth shoulder on the far right and far left are fully embroidered patterns worn on the old Garrison Dress uniform and by the cadets.

And that is why we share our things.
    So we can learn.
Never knew that about the slider.
    Is that for all regiments?
If so, i need to collect them also. 2 thumbs up
    Love the full set.
Now the search for the Printed ones. hmmm
And the 2nd divison badges are hard to get original.
    If... you can tell.
    Hard material to understand.
