no I.D inside from what i could see,no headliner either..it does look like an engineers badge and thats what i thought it was for a few years until i saw a pic of the same same helmet with a caption saying it was 10batt...il see if i can find the book im thinking of and snap a pic of the page.

Maybe Taboika's book ... page 102? The 10th badge on Brodie's I've seen is more oval, the beaver is larger, and there appears to be a scroll under the badge. Either way its a nice shell! You are fortunate to own it!
