    Qualification Badges Empty Qualification Badges

    I have a few of the 1930's/early 1940's qualification badges and two of them have me stumped. These are the oval badges with the laurel branches underneath a letter or pair of letters -"L" is Layer, "LG" is Lewis Gun etc.

    The two I can not ID have "LA" and "EA" above the branches. I would really like to be able to list the qualification they represent in my inventory.

    Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi Eric, The reference for British Army Proficiency badges, (which basically covers Cdn insignia until after the SWW), lists LA as unidentified. It does not even list EA.

    And remember you told me about some odd cloth you picked up awhile ago?

    Yup!! I'll actually be ready for this show. Have the qualification patches and the square diamond RCOC patches already packed ready to go.
